2. Refunds: While we understand the importance of trying out our samples to ensure they meet your expectations, we want to clarify that refunds are not available on sample purchases. Samples are intended to provide you with a firsthand experience of our product quality, design, and color, helping you make an informed decision before committing to a larger purchase.
3. Exclusions: Please note that certain items, such as custom-made furniture or clearance items, may not be eligible for return or refund.
